The World Council of Travel and Tourism (WTTC) accused the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), to boycott the summit in Cancun, which will be held from 25 to 27 April. Gloria Guevara Manzo, president of the WTTC, said on his twitter account, without naming the organization is the UNWTO.

“Incredible that after the impact of covid-19 in travel and tourism and the millions of jobs lost in the world that an international organization dares to boycott the Summit of the World,” wrote Manzo on his twitter account.
