The two buildings add up to 109 apartments and are incorporated into the portfolio of the company that closes the first half of 2022 composed of 20 assets with more than 600 units in 10 Spanish cities. In Madrid, the project consists of the construction of 87 apartments of different types, common areas, gym, restaurant and a panoramic roof-terrace, as well as more than 50 parking spaces in a complete building. The property is located on Calle Acacias, very close to Puerta de Toledo, “an area with strong growth and investor interest,” explains the company.
This will be Libere’s fifth opening in the capital, where it will manage a total of 209 apartments, as it currently operates three assets with 74 units and has one in the process of being renovated to open with 48 units.
The company also strengthens its position in Malaga with a new building, also wholly owned by a private investor, located on Calle Ventura Rodríguez, “an area with great professional and tourist potential as it is close to hospitals and the historic centre”. The project houses the construction of 22 serviced apartments, a parking lot and common areas after a period of rehabilitation. With this opening, Líbere Hospitality adds three assets in Malaga and a total of 49 apartments.
