Emirates ‘ five weekly flights between Madrid and Dubai will be operated by the A380 this July. The replacement of the B777 – 300ER with the double-decker aircraft this month will increase capacity with an additional 1,530 seats per week to meet increased demand on flights between Dubai and the Spanish capital.
This summer, travelers will have even more options to discover the best destinations in Asia, Africa and Oceania from Madrid with Emirates, the airline reports.
The A380 configuration, which will operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, is 14 seats in First Class, 76 in Business Class and 417 in Economy Class
Since joining the Emirates fleet 13 years ago, the A380 has been the airline’s flagship and a customer favorite, providing a travel experience unmatched in spaciousness, tranquility and comfort in all its classes.
The company introduced it to Spain in February 2014, and since then it is the only airline that operates this model in Spain, the largest passenger plane in the world.
