2021 results already exceed 2019 levels

2021 results already exceed 2019 levels”due to sustained demand for weekend stays as well as the rescheduling of events that had been postponed“. The current inflationary context contributes to the increase in demand for overnight stays at a lower cost. This year, easyHotel’s revenue per room (RevPar) is up 70% in April, 50% in March and 20% in February, compared to the same periods in 2019.
The forecast revenue inherent in reservations already recorded for next summer is currently 10% higher than that of summer 2019.
